From initially speaking to Shannon when you 1st call, to dealing with Ernie when fixing my car was not a feasible not do fiscally smart option, my experience was the best I've ever had from an auto shop to a dealership. So accommodating. Although I didn't get my 2006 Saturn I inherited fixed they bought it from me. Was not a whole day process either. In & out
