AMAZING SERVICE! I've been to several auto shops thru the years and 99% of the time feel taken advantage of as a woman or talked down to. I wasn't expecting much difference until I called Nerger....off the back I could tell they were cut from a different cloth. When I finally made it into the office my instints were confirmed: They are extremely polite; tended to me like I was the most valued customer and called multiple times to keep me abreast of what they found/what they proposed. I never felt like they were trying to up-sell me, in fact they told me the least expensive/most effective ways. Simply put: NERGER IS THE BEST!! Ethan (clerk in main office), Brian (shop owner) and Jose (auto mechanic) provided amazing service...service that has convinced me my car will never go to another shop but theirs! (They gave me a Refer-A-Friend card: Friend gets money off their service; I get a pair of movie tickets....who does that?!...yes, I'm totally sold!)

Our car always gets a safety check when we bring it in for routine services so problems are usually found before the car is stuck somewhere. We can trust Nerger's Auto Care to do a good job and to explain what they did and why. We get online reminders of services needed. I have always been offered a ride home though I have rarely needed one.

Great Service and Repair! I had a disappointing time with another service provider and Nerger's Auto Care fixed my car quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get there car fixed.

We have been there several times and each time we have found Brian and his employees to be honest about any repairs needed. They return the car clean and complete the job in the time frame given. Will be returning in the future.

Nerger"s is the doctor to see when your car gets sick... I recommend you make an appointment.... The doctor is in and he and his staff are AWESOME!!!!!!They will get the job done the right way and the first time....

Customer service is a focal point of Nerger's business, and they treat you like family. I appreciate that you can drop off your car in the morning, and they transport you to your job and pick you up when your car is ready in their own vehicle, not yours.
