I had my vehicle thoroughly inspected and properly diagnosed to determine the cause of the issues I was experiencing. NERGER'S TECHS provided photos for each location requiring repair or replacement which helped with the decisions I had to make to follow through with the service. This was a major repair and parts replacement job which I am pleased with. I had a second issue not related to this first major repair which was the driver's side windshield no longer able to go up all the way and stayed in a half-closed position. I called NERGER'S explaining this new problem with the hope to have it looked at due to the upcoming rain. They had me bring it in again on short notice had it checked, ordered parts and I was able to receive the car once again in great working order. I would like to point out that NERGERS provided a shuttle drive back to my residence while the car was in service and a pickup from my residence once the car was ready. Greatly Appreciated
