I have ever seen a auto repair shop that provides more customer service than Nerger’s. The mechanics are very professional. They might be a little pricy but definitely took care on mi Audi A4 2008. It was taken to 4 different paces including Pep boys and Nerger’s got to fix my service light engine due to a problem on the thermostat, Pepboys took about 2 days to give a “nothing is wrong with your car” diagnose, Nerger’s took a few minutes to tell me what was wrong with it. They keep you updated through out the process and follow up after fixing your vehicle. Thanks Nerger’s, have to go back to get new tires installed soon. .- Angel Frias

My wife was in a panic and it was noon on a Friday when I called Nergers about repairing my Chevy Express Van. We were stranded in Somerset, NJ after traveling there from Richmond VA. The first 4 shops I called were closed Saturday and wanted to start work on Monday and I was looking for services from a traveler friendly repair shop that very day. AAA had recommended Nergers and when I spoke with Mr. Nerger he was most helpful and clearly explained about the possible repairs, costs, time involved and etc. He agreed to start as soon as AAA could tow the van to his shop and by 4 PM my van was repaired and ready to go. I strongly recommend to everyone that Nerger's Auto Express is an excellent repair shop and the costs of repair are very reasonable. I found that the employees were very helpful, courteous and professional.

I had a great experience at Nergers and would highly recommend them to customers. They explained the details of what services were needed, took my vehicle on a thorough road test and even gave me a Jiffy Lube discount.

I can not even begin to explain how much the employees at Nerger's helped me out. I was on my way down to Maryland to report for the national guard and my fire dept. My car broke down on the way. Luckily I broke down in the right town. I walked in and explained the whole situation. They immediately helped me out and got everything done within 2 hours. Every single employee that i encountered was extremely nice, helpful and professional. They really went out of there way to help me out. I had my front brake pads and rotors replaced here, costed me around $375+tax, for our 2007 honda accord hybrid. The service is reliable so far. Staff are friendly and reasonable. Price makes sense (if only even cheaper) They also fixed my bumper dent for free, but they don't do paint. They checked my car twice before, small problems, with no charge. I highly recommend this auto-shop :-)

Their customer service was good but they charged for the wrong things when it wasn't the problem. and it left my car not running when me I Just found out it was a battery issue.But I will continue to use their services they are VERY honest

My car broke down early this year and I was without a vehicle. I made a phone call to Nerger's Auto and within 24 hours I was driving home in another car. Since then I have had a couple small hiccups with the car but 1 call to Nerger's and I would have an appointment to get it checked out. I can drop my car off in the morning, they give me a ride to work, and I pick the car up as soon as I am out of work. The employees always greet me with a smile. I not only have a reliable place to take my car to get fixed but have also made some great friends as well. Thanks guys!
