Their prices are very fair and even if a shop can quote or estimate cheaper, it doesn't mean that the price won't be jacked up by the time they're done and it also doesn't mean that the service will be apples and apples. You get what you pay for, folks, and these guys do great work but for a good price. It's also nice that they work around your schedule and will pick you up if need be. Brian, Mark & Alex are all down-to-earth, good dudes and will take care of you. I'll certainly be taking my car there in the future.

Every time I visit Nerger's, I'm impressed by the courteous service like I've been a "friend" for years. I appreciate the detailed explanation of what's being done to my car and what to consider for the future. I recently had transmission work done and must say my car is running so much better, shifting gears nice & smooth. I've always been pleased with the service at Nerger's. The transportation to and from my office is an added bonus. I'll definitely be back!

I have been a customer at Nerger's Auto Express for many years. Since the beginning, I have trusted Brian and his staff to service my cars to a standard that makes me feel secure that my cars will service my family without mishap. Over the years, not only do I trust Brian to service my cars to a high standard, but I have come to rely on his advice on all car related matters. I have referred family and friends and they have always been happy with the quality of service provided. While I am always pleased with the service provided by Brian, Alex, etc, I am even more appreciative that customers are treated with great courteousness and kindness. Brian is a trustworthy and kind man. He responds not only as a mechanic in caring for the well being of your family, but as a friend and fellow parent. He is a good man.

We just moved to the area and looking for a decent mechanic is not a piece of cake. I found Nerger's with good reviews so I decided to give it a try. What I had the shop done was a simple oil change and tire rotation. But the service is still impressive. The owner welcome me in person and the job was done in time. Another customer told me that the owner used to play with his son when they were kids. I figure if he has been local for such a long time, his reputation ought to be valuable to him. The atmosphere here is also good. I will come back next time.

Do not go to nergers auto... they will try and pull the wool over your eyes and do it by seeming honest. Do not let them fool you into buying their "BG" products and fluid changes. This place has gone downhill and has become VERY pricey. Expect to open your wallet nice and wide for Mr. Nerger and his crew!!!

Went here for the first time with a car that I just received from a family member that needed work...Mr. Nerger was extremely helpful through the process and went so far as to have his tech show me in the bay exactly what was being worked on and why. The prices were very fair. He offered pickup service as well which I thought was fantastic. Overall I would recommend Nergers Auto Express for all your servicing needs. I will be back again for sure !!

Highly recommended! My brother & I have been very satisfied Nerger's customers for almost 15 years. They have always provided quality service at fair prices and they stand behind their work. Brian & his staff are a pleasure to do business with - and are glad to pick up or drop off when a job is going to take too long for a customer to wait at Nerger's. We have also gotten good value on 3 pre-owned vehicles we have purchased from Nerger's - all lived up to, or exceeded our expectations. It's great to have a local merchant that out-performs the big chains.
