The owner is the most passive aggressive narcissist I've ever had the unpleasant experience meeting. He is more interested in fabricating and manufacturing positive reviews, which many are likely from people he knows, than providing honest service to his customers. Honestly, what owner also acts as the person in charge of responding to Google reviews?

Really comfortable car maintaince/repair experience. I'm new to having service done on my car and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous about going to a new place to have work done. I expressed my shortcomings with car maintenance and regular oil changes in the past to Shannon on the phone and she literally talked to me like I was her own son and helped me understand what I should focus on and how the process would go. When I came in for my appointment I was 30minutes late and appologized a bunch and offered to come back another day but was treated so kindly and they still took my car in without hesitation. Something that stuck out to me also was that my name is a little different to pronounce and Mr. Nerger, the owner, had corrected the lovely lady at the front desk to the proper pronounciation of my name even though I wasn't going too. Later, Mr. Nerger had called me and went over all my diagnostics and we came up with a plan together for how I was going to get my car back into shape without breaking the bank. When I came to pick up my car I was greeted with smiles and even the cutest little dog that came to say hi =). Once I got in my car - things got even better. They had gone above and beyond by having cleaned my center console and they put a printed copy of my registration in my car for me since I had mentioned earlier that I only had a picture copy on my phone while I was waiting for the DMV to send the official copy in the mail. The work that was done was fairly priced - The personal touches, family-like atmosphere, and above average service made the whole experience for me. Thanks to Shannon, Mr. Nerger, the lovely lady at the front desk and the rest of the team for taking care of me! Highly recommend

WOW! I am far from a car expert and it was refreshing to have someone take the time to fully explain every detail with me line by line. The vehicle inspection provided was something that I have never seen anywhere else and was ridiculously thorough and detailed. The entire staff that I interacted with was always friendly and professional and made me feel like MY interests were a priority and not their bottom line.
